Cancellation Policy

As a new practice, Last-minute Cancellations are hard to fill. Cancellation within 48 hours is considered late. Cancellation within 24 hours, a fee will apply: 1st time $50, 2nd time full charge. No-show will be fully charged

meet Ella

Ella is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from Langara in 2020. She has been in good standing in the profession for over 3 years and has been treating patients who experience stress, acute or chronic pain, limited range of motion, uncomfortable neurological symptoms from working, playing sports, MVA, and different kinds of injuries.

Ella uses a variety of techniques in her treatments, including trigger point release, active release techniques, PNF stretching, myofascial techniques, IASTM, joint mobilizations, and Swedish massage. All treatments are customized based on the client’s needs, technique preferences, and pain tolerance.

To gain insight into sports-related injuries, Ella tried out different sports like tennis, badminton, golf, bouldering,… Besides work, she likes to spend energy practicing Muay Thai kickboxing, cooking, watching crime shows, and spending time with her loved ones
